You have the choice of email and/or physical
delivery. In both cases, orders are shipped or emailed within
one to two business days. If you choose to have a physical certificate
delivered, standard service includes delivery by US mail.If
you require express delivery of your gift certificate, please
call (425) 712-8856 to place your order.
The cost for express delivery
is:
2-day service, via FedEx, for $14.95.
Overnight PM, via FedEx by the next business afternoon for $19.95.
Of course, if you prefer to deliver the certificate yourself we
will send it to you!
Orders are processed upon receipt and cannot
normally be canceled or changed. If you find a need to change
your order just call our Customer Service department at (425)
712-8856 and they will do their best to assist you.
Please be advised that we cannot accept returns
on gift certificates once they have shipped.
Gift Certificates are treated like cash. We
are unable to replace gift certificates or gift certificate ID
numbers if they are lost or stolen after they are received.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and not
redeemable for cash.
If your order exceeds the amount of your gift
certificate, you must pay for the balance with your credit card.
Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's
gift certificate account.
Gift certificates and unused portions of gift
certificates expire one year from the date of issue or the earliest
date permitted under applicable law, whichever occurs later.
