You have 20 days to return any item or items in their original unopened
package from the date of receipt. You will be credited the full
amount minus any shipping charges and restocking fees. Any special
orders may not be returned for any reason. We must uphold this policy
because we in return have to pay restocking fee's on these items.
A minimum restocking fee of 25% will be charged.
No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Please contact us prior
to returning any items.
Defective or Damaged Hardware
If a product is defective or damaged, we will ship another at our
own expense upon return of the defective item's). Prior to shipping
back any product we must be contacted either by E-mail or phone
at(425) 712-8856 to obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number,
RGA Number.
Please do not ship anything back with out prior authorization. All
returns must have an RGA Number clearly marked on the package no
credit will be issued with out this number.
Warranties
GoKnobs.com limits all warranties or guarantees to those offered
by the manufacturer. Most of the Items we sell come with Lifetime
warrantees please consult with us about warrantee policies of individual
products.
