All orders ship UPS Ground $7.00 unless otherwise noted. Expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional charge.
UPS will not ship to a PO Box.

| To keep the cost of shipping down, Goknobs.com charges additional shipping only if your order has items
coming from multiple manufacturers. This means, if the stock numbers are not the same for each item that you wish to purchase,
they are from a different manufacturers and you will be charged $4.00 extra for shipping.
Example: TK-M400 and CB-1261AB are from two different manufacturers.

to Hawaii or Alaska will incur an additional shipping and handling fee. You will be
contacted by e-mail with these charges. Overseas orders are welcome. Once an order
is placed you will be contacted with the appropriate shipping rates by E-mail.

Missing or Damaged Merchandise
All orders are inspected prior to shipment. If a product is received damaged or
missing, please contact us in writing (E-mail or Fax ) within 48 hours. We will
replace all missing or damaged merchandise Immediately.
